- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of unforeseen delays, customers will be informed via email or phone.

3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time post-dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that these timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, courier delays, etc.).
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999 may attract a nominal shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include additional charges.

- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor your order status in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If the package is undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, it will be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-shipping can be arranged upon request with applicable charges.
